Using 2020 To Re-Focus

 I am hoping wherever you are in life right now, especially with everything that has happened this year, you find value in this blog.

 

I am a huge proponent of mentality, outlook, and focus.

 

Where are you at mentally?

 

What does your outlook on life, finances, and health look like?

 

Where do you put your focus daily?

 

No one can argue that 2020 has been challenging in many ways.

 

But, 2020 has brought some great things. It all depends on your mentality, outlook, and focus.

 

Before 2020 (and maybe it has not changed for you)

 

Life was extremely busy. It was hard to find time for yourself and others with all the day-to-day responsibilities you had.

 Well now, for most people with layoffs, remote work and school, cancellation of sports and the list goes on…life has slowed down a bit.

 

This is the light in a very dark situation I am wanting you to see.

 

Having months to a year of a slower paced life can be a great thing.

 

Take advantage of it…lets use this time to refocus.

 

More time at home means a few things for your health:

 

More time to cook healthy meals and not swing through a fast food restaurant. 

 More time to go on walks, exercise, stretch, meditate etc.

 

More time to spend with your immediate family and bond and give each other that time that was not there when things were busy.

 

More time to read and learn.

 

More time to grow personally and professionally.

 

There really is no excuse now to become a healthier person. 

 

You have been given the time to make a plan and commit.

 

I challenge you, when you hear this, to take time today and refocus.

 

Flip the switch from negative to positive. Lets have a great outlook, mentality and focus going into 2021 that way we can come back better than ever!
