Exercise Recommendations For Low Back Pain

Scared To Exercise Due To Low Back Pain?

We can assure you that you are not the only one! 80% of the population will experience low back pain at least once during their life.

Luckily, the current research has some recommendations for you!

In people with low back pain, the following have been found to be effective recommendations for exercising:

-Stabilization exercise (specifically trunk and core)

-Training frequency 3-5 times per week

-Each session 20-30 minutes

More importantly, we all just need to get up and move more often.

We continue to see a rise in the prevalence of low back pain, and most of these people have one thing in common…they sit way too long and do not take the time to get their daily movement in!

Our bodies are designed to move and crave movement/exercise!
