The "DeFlame Diet" - How To Decrease Pain & Risk For Chronic Disease Through Diet

60% of the daily calories consumed by the average American comes from pro-inflammatory sources.

What does this mean?

This means that 60% of the calories consumed by the average American on a daily basis comes from things such as processed foods, refined sugars, refined grains, trans fat, refined omega-6 seed oils, and other bad sources.

Why is this a problem?

Pro-inflammatory foods PROMOTE pain and chronic disease.

We already know that obesity, heart disease, diabetes etc. are all extremely prevalent in the United States. This is a major reason (along with a few others) why this is happening to our population.

So…how do we help fix this issue?
